Dania Cup 2008 will be executed according to the same concept as Dania Cup 2005. The competitions will take place Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The Dania Cup party will take place Tuesday evening followed by a days rest. The competitions will continue Thursday, Friday and Saturday – where the Dania Cup Final will take place.

The DC 2008 competitions will be executed in 3 rings with approximately 1050 starts in total per day. On daily basis there will be both Agility and Jump class 1, 2 and 3 and one Open class. Please note that Agility and Jump Class 1 will be for Danish competitors only.

Senior dogs will run in Agility and Jump class 2. And there will be competition for Junior handlers in Agility and Jump class 1 and the Open class – however the same dog is not allowed to run both in Junior Open and the regular Open class.

Qualification to the Dania Cup 2008 Final will be in the Open classes.
 

6^th to 12^th of July 2008

The registration for DC 2008 will start at the 1^st of February 2008 at time 23.59 – the night between Friday and Saturday. We are planning to let the registration be open for 48 hours. If the total numbers of starts per day have not been reached at this time, the registration will continue to be open for the following days.

So far there are no restrictions in numbers of run per day or per handler or numbers of dogs – but handlers with 3 or more dogs might have to prioritise his/her dogs, as there will no time for extra course walking or that a ring have to wait for a single handler to run.
 

Accommodation will be possible on our own DC camping area or at the Danhostel nearby. Please note that it is not possible to rent any rooms at the Herlufsholm Sportscenter, as the DC Committee has rented all rooms for judges and others helpers.
