Camping
It will be possible to camp directly on the grounds of the Herlufsholm Sports Centre from 12 noon (12.00) on Saturday July 5 2008 until 12 noon (12.00) on Sunday July 13 2008. We have a large area at our disposal so there is no restriction as to numbers yet.
Campers will have access to toilets and bathrooms as well as to limited kitchen/dish washing facilities.

Price per unit for camper/caravan/camplet or tent including electricity (size 8 x 10 meters):

  • From 6 to 8 nights:             1.000,00 Dkr.
     

  • At 5 nights or less:             Ask for specific price.

To competitors who whish to camp in tent without access to electricity, a special camping area will be established. Price per unit in the tent area (size 5 x 6 meters):

  • From 6 to 8 nights:             600,00 Dkr.
     

  • At 5 nights or less:             Ask for specific price.

Payment for camping must be done in advance through our bank account.

Please note that booking of camping will only be possible on-line through this WEB-page, since all reservations are administered by Kvistgaard Agility Club.

Rooms at the Sports Centre
A very limited number of 1-, 2- and 4-bed rooms are available at the Sports Centre (a total of 34 beds). All these rooms have been booked by the Dania Cup committee to accommodate our judges and primary officials.
It will therefore regretably not be possible for any competitor to be accommodated directly at the Sports Centre unless on the Dania Cup camping area.

Instead we recommend the following alternate accommodation possibilities, in case you are not interested/able to stay at the Dania Cup camping area.
